Satay Chicken Skewers Slow Cooker Recipe *
Skewers
550 grams chicken breast, cubes in large chunks
Yellow capsicum
1 large brown onion
Sauce
Can of coconut milk
1.5 cups of peanut butter (crunchy)
2 tbl spoons of Kecap Manis
Sprinkle of garlic granulated
Pepper to taste
5 birds eye chillies (we love 🌶)
2 tsp chilli powder
Method:
Mix all together with a stick blender (or a fork if you prefer a thicker sauce)
Feed chicken, onion and capsicum onto skewers.
Slow cook on low for 4 hours (my cooker doesn’t run hot)
