6 small or medium potatoes

1 medium sweet potato

3 large carrots

1 large onion

1 large parsnip

1 large swede

2 tablespoons tomato paste

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup red wine

1 tablespoon parsley

1 tablespoon rosemary

1 liter beef stock

Sausage stew: Directions

Chop all veggies into big chunks and put them in the slow cooker.

Add the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, red wine, parsley, rosemary, and beef stock. Stir everything well with the veggies.

Toss in the raw sausages on top. Set the cooker to low and let it cook for 8 hours.

About 30 minutes before the food is ready, stir 1 or 2 tablespoons of corn flour with a little water to make a smooth mix. Stir it into the cooker to make the stew thick and yummy.
