Ingredients

  • 500g lean ground beef

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped up

  • 1 or 2 cups mixed veggies, chopped (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 beef broth cube

  • 200ml tomato soup mix

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons each: Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, tomato sauce

  • 1 tablespoon quick gravy powder (roast meat or brown onion kind)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Savoury Mince: Directions

  1. Dump all ingredients into the slow cooker pot.

  2. Pop on the lid and set to low for 6 hours.

  3. Scoop over mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Enjoy! 🙂
