Slow Cooker Cinnamon Scrolls
Dough:
2 cups self raising flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 cups cream
Icing:
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp. milk
Directions:
Mix dough and roll very thin. Brush with 1 tbsp. melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (2 tbsp. brown sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon) Roll up and cut into slices. Line Slow Cooker with baking paper and place scrolls close together.
Cook on high for 90 mins with a tea towel under the lid. Drizzle with icing while hot.
