1 kg cheap steak or rump steak

1/3 cup soy sauce

1 onion, sliced in half then thin

2 green bell peppers (take out seeds, cut into 4 pieces, then slice)

Spray oil or rub oil in your slow cooker or pan on stove.

Cook steaks on both sides till golden brown.
