Ingredients

  • 1 kg cheap steak or rump steak

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 1 onion, sliced in half then thin

  • 1 big spoonful chopped garlic

  • 1/2 spoonful ginger

  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls sugar

  • 1 can cut-up tomatoes

  • 2 green bell peppers (take out seeds, cut into 4 pieces, then slice)

  • 1 spoonful beef stock powder

Sweet Steak Supreme: Steps

  1. Spray oil or rub oil in your slow cooker or pan on stove.

  2. Cook steaks on both sides till golden brown.

  3. Move steaks to slow cooker. Set to low.

  4. Mix soy sauce, onion slices, garlic, sugar, and ginger in a bowl. Pour over steaks.

  5. Put lid on. Cook low for 4 hours.
