Slow Cooker Gluten Free Toad….
Gluten free toad in the hole for dinner last night! (only burnt a tiny bit around one side). Will definitely cook this again, loved it and so easy to make!
Ingredients:
140g gluten free plain flour
Heaped tsp gluten free baking powder
4 eggs
200ml milk
Pinch of salt
6 gluten free sausages
Method:
I added a little oil into the slow cooker on high, then browned the sausages and placed them at the bottom. I put the rest of the ingredients in bowl and mixed to make a batter. Poured the batter mix over the sausages and cooked on high for about 2 & half hours (with tea towel under lid).
