SLOW COOKER HONEY BUFFALO WINGS

SLOW COOKER HONEY BUFFALO WINGS...

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3/4 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dark sweet soy sauce
1.5kg chicken wings

INSTRUCTIONS:
Put all the ingredients to the slow cooker. Mix well, then add the chicken wings in. Mix to coat and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
Remove the chicken wings from slow cooker to a baking tray lined with foil.
Transfer the braising sauce left in the slow cooker to a saucepan over high heat. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce is thick enough to coat the back of wooden spoon. Remove from heat.
Brush the wings with the thickened sauce. Cook under the hot oven grill for 3 minutes, then turn the wings over and brush other side with sauce , grill for another 3 minutes.
