Slow Cooker sirloin steak . This is sooooo good.
Ingredients:
2 lbs of sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Cook on low for 4 hours (I think it only needed 2 hours honestly.. probably depends how well you want the steak)
Whisk 4 tbsp of water with 4 tbsp of cornstarch… pour into crock pot and mix
Add 1 head of chopped broccoli and cook for the last 30 mins or so.
Serve over rice.

Lemon Cake. This was made in my slow cooker
Even I am impressed
Ingredients:
6oz SR flour
6 oz caster sugar
6oz butter
3 eggs
Large lemon (not necessary but wanted lemon flavour)
2 tablespoons lemon juice or more if you want
Directions:
Mix flour butter eggs and sugar
Grated lemon and juice mixed and added
Put in a paper cake dish on high for 21/2 hrs.
Let cool dust with icing
I used spread on lemon flavoured icing from Asda.
