Homemade Meatballs and gravy
Meatballs:
750 gram Beef Mince
1 Egg
1 tsp. Salt
Half tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Onion Salt
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Breadcrumbs
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into balls. I found this made 36.
Gravy:
1 Chopped Onion
900ml Beef Stock
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Ketchup
Half a tsp each of: Garlic Powder, Onion Salt, Pepper and Salt
Gravy granules
Pop meatballs in the slow cooker. Cover with the gravy. Cooked on high for 4.5 hours. Add more gravy granules an hour before the end if the gravy isn’t thick enough for you.😊
