Sweet and Sour Crock Pot Ribs
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup flour
1/3 cup water
½ cup vinegar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
¼ cup ketchup
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
3 pounds of pork spare ribs
Method:
1. Mix brown sugar, and flour in a sauce pan.
2. Add water, vinegar, soy sauce ketchup, ginger, and garlic powder.
3. Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until boiling and thickened.
4. Layer ribs in a single layer spooning and spread sauce over each layer.
5. Cover and cook on low for 10 – 12 hours or on high for 5 -6 hours or until ribs are very tender.
6. Enjoy.
