Loaded potatoes in the slow cooker
Ingredients:
Potato,
Cheese (cheddar and mozzarella),
Cut up bacon and sausage,
Red onion, smoked paprika,
garlic,
salt n pepper
sweet chili sauce
Method:
Cut potato’s into small chunks, No pre boiling pots, No added liquid, cook 5 hours on high then transferred to baking dish and 10 minutes in oven with extra cheese on top 😍 pure deliciousness.
Notes:
No recipe or quantities, it was just a throw it all ingredients in. I did fry off the cut up bacon and sausage for a couple of minutes and you can add any ingredients you want and like x

So this evening I made fish pie in my slow cooker well the fish pie filling then did the mash and grilled cheese on top mature cheddar OMG lush I got another 2 meals boxed up including two you see in pic there

kind of my own recipe lol I Added salmon , smoked haddock an cod was going to add prawns too but they didn’t defrost in time , put all into slow cooker in a shallow layer of milk , with leeks on high, till fish is cooked nearly, then I made a Parmesan, cheddar an cream to make sauce an seasone!
Leave to cook on medium, for about an hour! Add peas at this point !
Start prepping potatoes, I leave skins on as like a chunky rough mash!
Then serve into a oven dish the filling , top with mash an loads of cheddar! An grill to your liking.
