3 Ingredient Nutella Cake Uk… 3 year olds choice of cake..

Ingredients:

1 cup Nutella (250g)
1 cup self raising flour (250g)
3 eggs

Directions:

Mix it all together and pour into a lined slow cooker, use a lid cover to absorb any excess moisture and cook on high for an hour.
**EDIT- for those asking the lid cover is from ebay, if you search slow cooker towelling lid cover, it should come up for you. 👍**

**The Verdict- crispy on the outside but lovely and soft on the inside, I’d serve this warm, with a nice big scoop of vanilla cream and some fresh raspberries or strawberries or make a Nutella ganache and make it like a fudge cake.**

**2nd Slow Cooker lemon loaf! 🍋🍋🍋 Recipe**

Ingredients:

225g butter
225g caster sugar
225g sr flour
4 eggs
1tsp baking powder
Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Directions:

Mix it all together and put in a lined loaf tin, sit it on some balled up foil and about 1 inch of boiling water on high for 2-2 1/2 hours with a tea towel or lid cover if you have one. Enjoy 😁

so I stuck the skewer in around 1 3/4 hours and it was cooked- came out more like a sponge pudding so I made a syrup of lemon juice and caster sugar, poked the cake with a cocktail stick and drizzled the syrup into the sponge like a lemon drizzle cake- with the remaining syrup mixture, i mixed in some icing sugar and used it as a drizzle over the top of the cake and some added lemon slices just incase you didn’t know it was lemon 😂
