This yummy Vegemite Chicken is super simple! Use a whole chicken rubbed with garlic, salty Vegemite, and butter. Pop it in the slow cooker breast down for 6 hours on low. It gets juicy and tasty without any fuss. Pair it with colorful veggies like carrots, broccoli, and peppers for a fun family meal!

Ingredients

  • One whole medium chicken (1.7kg)

  • 3 cloves fresh crushed garlic

  • 1 tablespoon Vegemite

  • 2 tablespoons butter

Vegemite Chicken: Directions
