Wonton soup with BBQ pork

In my Slow cooker today
Wonton soup with BBQ pork

Ingredients:

3 chicken frames
1kg pork rib
500 gram ground pork
200 gram green prawn peeled and deveined
500 gram cooked bbq pork sliced
40 gram rock sugar
1/2 tablespoon ginger minced
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green spring onion
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoons cooking wine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
600g wonton pastry

Directions:

1 brown onion cut into wedges
Make the wonton
Mix prawn in a large bowl with ground pork , ginger , spring onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt and pepper until fully incorporated
Put 1 teaspoon of filling onto the
wonton wrapper and use your finger to gently close the pastry tightly. Your can brush a little bit of water onto the edges to help the wrapper to stick.
Place the wonton in the steam cooker and steam for 15 minutes
Place the chicken frames, pork rib , onion, rock sugar, and 1 tablespoon salt in slow cooker
with 10 cups of water and cook for 3,5 hours on low . Remove the chicken frames . Season to taste
In the last 10 minutes turn slow cooker to high and add the wonton and bok choy
Serve with sliced BBQ pork.
