Ingredients:

1kg beef mince
1 onion (diced)
3 carrots (grated)
2 stalks celery (diced)
1 zucchini (grated)
1 jar of kan-tong butter chicken sauce
800g tinned diced tomatoes
1 tin cannellini beans
1 tin baby potatoes
1 pkt dehydrated peas…….

Method:

Chuck it all in…..fry off onion and veggies first if you want….i have a sear slow cooker, so i did this. I cooked on low for 2 hours then cranked it to high for and hour.
Cook some rice….
Layer in baking dish then spoon the mince into the tortillas and roll them up on top of the layer of rice.
I sprinkled grated cheese and swiss cheese slice on top, then oven backed for 20 mins and grilled the top.
Yum yum….hope you like it.
