  • 1kg beef spare ribs

  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce

  • 1/3 cup bbq sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  1. Add the sauces and brown sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

  2. Put ribs in slow cooker and pour in the prepared sauce.

  3. Cook on low for 7 hours.

  4. I put tea towel under lid when I had an hour to go.
