- 3.6 ounces sundried tomato strips → chopped
- 1 pieces small onion → finely chopped
- 2 pieces large flat mushrooms → finely chopped
- 4 pieces garlic cloves → crushed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1.8 ounces tomato paste (concentrated)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons beef stock powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 17.9 ounces creamy pasta bake sauce
- 17.9 ounces penne pasta (dry) → cooked
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2.7 ounces extra sharp parmesan cheese → grated
Cheesy Pasta Bake: Making Steps
- Load the slow cooker: Put all the meat sauce stuff into your slow cooker — that’s the 17.9 ounces beef mince, 3.6 ounces sundried tomato strips, chopped, 1 pieces small onion, finely chopped, 2 pieces large flat mushrooms, finely chopped, 4 pieces garlic cloves, crushed, 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1.8 ounces tomato paste (concentrated), 1 teaspoons dried basil, 1 teaspoons dried oregano, 2 teaspoons beef stock powder, 1 teaspoons brown sugar, and 17.9 ounces creamy pasta bake sauce. Give it a little stir so everything is mixed together nicely.
- Slow cook the sauce: Put the lid on and cook on LOW for 300 minutes

. You don’t have to do anything — just let it cook! Your kitchen will smell really yummy. - Cook the pasta: Near the end of the cooking time, boil your 17.9 ounces penne pasta (dry), cooked in a big pot of salted water until it is soft but not mushy. Drain the water out and set the pasta aside.
- Mix it all together: Spray a large oven dish with non-stick oil spray so nothing sticks. Scoop the meat sauce out of the slow cooker and mix it with your cooked pasta. Carefully pour it all into the oven dish.
- Add the cheese: Sprinkle the 2 cups grated cheddar cheese all over the top. Then add the 2.7 ounces extra sharp parmesan cheese, grated on top of that. The more cheese, the better!
- Melt and brown the cheese: Put the dish under the hot grill in your oven. Watch it carefully! In about 10 minutes
