Yummy Honey Mustard Meatballs. A Super Easy Dinner Your Family Will Love!

These meatballs are so simple to make, and they taste amazing! You just throw everything in a slow cooker and let it cook while you do other stuff. Perfect for when you’re busy!

How Long Does It Take

Getting ready: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 4 hours
Total time: about 4 hours and 10 minutes

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 1 big package of frozen meatballs (about 35 meatballs)
  • 1 brown onion, cut into thin slices
  • 1 jar of honey mustard sauce (the kind you pour over food)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard with seeds in it
  • A small handful of baby spinach leaves (about 2 ounces)

How to Make Yummy Honey Mustard Meatballs

  1. Put the sliced onion on the bottom of your slow cooker. Then put all the frozen meatballs on top of the onion.
  2. Mix together the honey mustard sauce, the extra honey, and the mustard in a bowl. Pour this yummy mix all over the meatballs. Don’t stir it yet!
  3. Put a tea towel on top (this helps keep the heat in). Cook everything on low heat for 3 and a half hours.
  4. After 2 hours of cooking, you can gently stir everything together if you want. The meatballs will be cooked all the way through by now, so they won’t fall apart.
  5. Add the spinach leaves and cook for 30 more minutes. Now you’re done! Total cooking time is 4 hours.
  6. Serve your meatballs with mashed potatoes or rice. You can add some steamed vegetables on the side too!
