How to Make Chicken Cheesy Camembert Sauce
- Mix a small bit of the cream with cornflour. Stir until no lumps—nice and smooth.
- Cut the Camembert into big chunks. That’s okay!
- Put everything in the slow cooker. Chicken, all cream, cheese chunks, and cornflour mix.
- Cook on low for 4 hours. (Your slow cooker might cook faster if it’s strong—check it.)
- Stir now and then.
Extra Tips
- Try adding thin-sliced almonds and bits of bacon to the sauce for crunch and flavour.
- Love garlic? Put some in at the start.
- Lots of sauce here! Good for 3-4 plates if you want less on each one.
