  • 1 can (420g) chopped tomatoes

  • ½ to 1 bag frozen potato gems (or tater tots)

  • 1 can (420g) mushroom soup (or chicken soup—no water!)

  • 1 small cut-up onion

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Spray your slow cooker with no-stick spray.

  2. Cook beef in a pan until brown (or use cooker if it browns).
