Ingredients

  • 900g beef blade steaks (with bone)

  • 3 tablespoons red wine

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup chicken stock

  • 2 onions, sliced thin

  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped

  • 1 chorizo sausage, cut in diagonal slices

  • 200g mushrooms, cut in half

Beef and Chorizo Casserole: Instructions

  1. Put onions, garlic, chorizo, mushrooms, tomato paste, red wine, diced tomatoes, and chicken stock in your slow cooker. Stir it all up good.

  2. Add the beef steaks whole, or take out bones and chop into big chunks like I do.

  3. Stir once more. Cook on low for 8 hours until meat is soft and yummy.
