1 kg gravy or chuck steak, cut into chunks

1 brown onion, peeled and sliced

2 cans (400g each) diced tomatoes

3 tablespoons tomato paste

1 teaspoon chili flakes

1/2 cup Campbell’s beef stock

4.5 teaspoons cumin

3 teaspoons ground coriander

2 teaspoons oregano

2 teaspoons garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 can (400g) kidney beans

Cheese for serving

Plain corn chips or tortillas for serving
Chunky Chili Con Carne: Directions

Put everything in the slow cooker except the kidney beans, cheese, chips, and tortillas. Stir it now and then.

Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 5-6 hours, until the meat gets super soft.

In the last 30 minutes, mix in the kidney beans.

Serve with plain corn chips or tortillas and cheese. Add sour cream if you like!
