Ingredients

1.5 kg chuck steak

1 zucchini, grated

1-2 carrots, grated

2 onions, sliced thin

4 garlic cloves (we love lots of garlic!)

1 can of tomatoes

1 cup beef stock

2/3 tbsp taco seasoning (use what you like)

Some plain flour

A bit of olive oil
Shredded Taco Beef: Directions

Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry onions and garlic until soft. Put them in the slow cooker.

Sprinkle flour on the steak pieces. Brown them in the same pan. Add to the slow cooker.

In a bowl, mix tomatoes, stock, taco seasoning, zucchini, and carrots. Stir well. Pour over the meat.

Cook on low for 8 hours until meat is super tender.

Pull out the steak, shred it with forks. Mix back into the yummy sauce.

Serve in tacos or wraps with your favourite toppings like cheese or avocado!
