500g beef mince

1 tin condensed vegetable soup

1 tin pasta sauce

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 medium onion, chopped

150g mushrooms, chopped

1 cup frozen mixed veggies

1 cup grated cheese

Spray the slow cooker insert with cooking spray and line it with baking paper.

Spread the hash browns evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.

Cook the onion and mushrooms until soft. Brown the mince if you like.

Mix the mince, soup, pasta sauce, garlic, and veggies together. Spread this mix evenly over the hash browns. Sprinkle cheese on top.
