Wasabi Cheese Meatballs: Directions
-
Put all sauce ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours.
-
In a bowl, mix all meatball ingredients together.
-
Cut cheese into small pieces—the size depends on your meatballs. I made 18 balls like golf balls, so I cut cheese about 2cm x 1cm.
-
Roll meat into balls. Poke a hole with your finger, put cheese inside, close it up tight so no cheese shows. Do this for every ball.
-
Add balls to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 more hours.
-
Serve on pasta and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Notes for Wasabi Cheese Meatballs
-
You can add meatballs right at the start if you want.
-
I like cooking sauce longer first so tastes get super yummy.
-
Total cook time cuts in half if you add meatballs from the beginning. Or make sauce a day early!
