What You’ll Need (Ingredients)

  • 2 beef cheeks

  • 1 onion, cut into pieces

  • 1 ½ cups peas

  • 1 ½ cups beans

  • 1 ½ cups carrots, cut up

  • 2 potatoes, cut up

  • 1 tablespoon thyme

  • 440g can chopped tomatoes

  • 200ml Guinness beer

  • 2 tablespoons flour

Beef Cheeks and Guinness Stew (Directions)

  1. Dump all the ingredients into your slow cooker.

  2. Turn it to low and let it cook for 4 hours.

  3. Give it a stir every now and then.

  4. Serve it hot and enjoy!

Helpful Tips (Notes)
For thicker gravy, take the lid off 30 minutes early and switch to high. I used my 5.5L Contempo slow cooker—it gets extra hot. Times might be a little different in yours.
