1 onion, cut into pieces

200ml Guinness beer

Dump all the ingredients into your slow cooker.

Turn it to low and let it cook for 4 hours.

Helpful Tips (Notes)
For thicker gravy, take the lid off 30 minutes early and switch to high. I used my 5.5L Contempo slow cooker—it gets extra hot. Times might be a little different in yours.
