BAILEYS CHOCOLATE CAKE. WARNING…VERY UNHEALTHY 😀
INGRIDIENTS:
8oz SR flour
4oz butter
3oz castor sugar
3 eggs
I can condensed milk
I tsp vanilla extract
3oz co co powder
Rolos
Baileys chocolate
Cadburys mini eggs
METHOD:
grease sc.
In a bowel whisk eggs.
Add to butter vanilla extract and sugar.
Whisk well.
Add to flour and mix in condensed milk.
Add the co co powder.
Layer cake mixture at bottom of sc.
Add a layer of rolos.
Cover with cake mixture.
Add layer of baileys chocolates.
Cover with cake mixture.
Finish with mini Cadbury cream eggs.
Put on high with tea towel under lid for 2.5hrs
serve with ice cream

2 pints full fat milk
1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
1 Small pot of double cream
2 tbsp vanilla essence
2 packs of milk chocolate chips
1 pack dark chocolate chips
Method:
Put it all in and stir every half hour for 2 hours then put it on low heat. Bobs your uncle, might put a splash of baileys in too .
