Slow Cooker Spanish casserole
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
Chorizo sausage
Red and green peppers
Mushrooms
3/4 carton of passata
Smoked Paprika
Cajun seasoning
The chorizo favour running through is divine😍
Method:
I popped chicken breasts in on their own for half hr to an hour (I’m pregnant so chicken paranoid lol) after it had a good head start I threw the rest in.. I put it on for 5 hrs x
Cajun and paprika- i would say add to your preference… I did a good covering of the top in paprika..and stirred through.. tasted
.and wanted to add another shake.. i dont like tomatoey flavour so I kept adding until it wasnt tomatoey. Go steady on the cajun..I added two flat not heaped tablespoons.

Apologies to the Spanish ppl saying it’s not Spanish. I seen it in a group a while ago being called Spanish Casserole..my bad

My partner wanted these again. Loaded potatoes. (6L slow cooker)
1 bag of 1kg baby potatoes chopped (im sure you can use any potatoes though 🤷♀️)
Lots of grated cheese
1 chopped onion
8 rashes of bacon (i did trim the fat off)
Sprinkle of garlic granules
7 hours on low serving with salad
Tin foil is because its easier to clean later 🤷♀️
Simple tea. Took about 15 minutes to prepare and wipe down.
Off to work I go 😂😋
