slow cooker vegie slice…
Only new to slow cooking but I’m hooked & love creating dishes. This is my take on vegie slice.
Place baking paper in slow cooker & place on high
Place a tea towel below the lid to soak up the condensation.
Ingredients:
9-10 eggs
250g self raising flour
Either teaspoon of curry powder or chilli
Handful of sliced:
Bacon
Onion
Carrot
Pumpkin
Parsnip
Swede
Zucchini
Salt / Pepper
Dash of soy sauce
Method:
Mix eggs, flour & curry or chilli then add the rest of the ingredients, mix then place in slow cooker
On high for 2 or 2.5 hrs but check every now & then
I hope it makes sense & it works for you

My slow cooker hot chocolate
Put it all in the slow cooker together and put on medium for 2 hours: then added squirted cream and malteasers

1 Tin sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Nutella
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
4 table spoons Cadbury’s chocolate powder
2 pints of milk
Was very strong chocolate and abit sickly so I’m going to add more milk next time. Or less powder but was very lovely. Kids enjoyed after footy tonight! I forgot to take a pic of it in the Slow cooker.
