Ingredients

  • 1 jar (283g) Patak’s Vindaloo curry paste

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 2 tsp ground garlic

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 1 kg beef, cut into big chunks

  • 1 tin diced tomatoes

  • 2 large onions, sliced

  • 5 carrots, chopped into big pieces

  • 2 large potatoes, chopped into big pieces

  • 3 cups peas

Beef Vindaloo Making Instructions

  1. Put the beef and all veggies into your slow cooker.

  2. In a big bowl, mix the curry paste, tomatoes, sugar, garlic, and ginger until smooth.

  3. Pour the mix over the beef and veggies. Stir it up.
