Slow Cooker Meatloaf and Potatoes: Instructions

  1. Mix all the meat ingredients together really well in a big bowl.

  2. Shape it into a loaf and put it right in the bottom of your slow cooker.

  3. Wash 5-6 small or medium potatoes. Poke each one a few times with a fork.

  4. Wrap the potatoes in foil (this keeps their yummy flavor inside—it’s optional but fun!).

  5. Put the potatoes around the meatloaf.

  6. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. No water—just let it go!

  7. We ate ours with fresh spinach on the side.
