Bolognese stack Recipe. Holy crap! This tastes amazing!!!
Ingredients:
600 gram mince
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
8 pack tortillas
1 jar pasta sauce
Oil
Grated tasty cheese
Salt, pepper, herbs
Method:
Brown mince and onion in a fry pan (with a pinch of salt, pinch of pepper and pinch of herbs)
Add mince mix to slow cooker and cook on high for one hour. Stirring a few times to prevent sticking
Add pasta sauce and cook a further 1 hour on low
Remove mince Bolognese from heat
On a greased tray :
Layer tortilla, mince, cheese, tortilla, mince, cheese, etc
Finish with mince and cheese on top.
Place in oven on 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and melted
Serve with salad and garlic bread!

Question…. Did u put tortilla layer first , or a layer off bolognaise ? On bottom thanks.
Answer…… A tortilla as first layer. It tasted very similar to a lasagne , but a Bolognese version lol
Question….. Can I use pasta sheets.
Answer…… Not sure Jessica. I just found it heaps easy with tortillas and they soften and taste exactly like pasta sheets anyway.
