What You’ll Need (Ingredients)

  • 1 cup chopped leftover roast chicken

  • 1/2 cup cut-up pumpkin pieces

  • 2 spoons of honey

  • Half a pack of feta cheese

  • 3 spoons of fresh basil leaves or pesto

  • Shortcrust pastry dough

Chicken Pumpkin & Feta Flan: (Directions)

  1. Put the pastry dough in your dish to cover the bottom.

  2. Add the chicken on top of the dough.

  3. Dip pumpkin in honey and put it on the chicken. Add feta cheese and basil next.

  4. Cook it right in the slow cooker or in small dishes. No water! Put a tea towel under the lid.

  5. Set to high and cook 1.5 to 2 hours.
