Chicken wrapped in bacon with mushroom sauce 🙂
Ingredients:
6-8 mushrooms sliced
Creamy mushroom sauce
2x Chicken breasts
4x pieces of rasher bacon
Handful of spinach
Few slices of whatever cheese you like 🙂
Let’s see how to cook Chicken Wrapped in Bacon With Mushroom Sauce
Directions:
I’ve used a handful of mushrooms and cut them up and placed them at the bottom of the slow cooker with the creamy mushroom sauce (I left a little bit of sauce to put on the top of the chicken.
Butterfly the chicken breasts and fill with spinach and cheese, I then used 1 or 2 toothpicks to keep that together while I wrapped them up in the bacon and then used more toothpicks to keep the bacon wrapped around the chicken.

Place them in the slow cooker and put whatever sauce you have left on top of the chicken 🙂
Im going to cook on high for 4-5 hours and see how I go 🙂
