Crunchie Fudge Slow Cooker Recipe….
Ingredients:
2 x 200 gram Aldi Milk Chocolate Blocks
1 x tablespoon of Vanilla Essence
1 x tin of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 x tablespoon of Butter
4 x 50 gram Crunchie Bars
Method:
Put all ingredients except for the crunchie bars into the slow cooker and cook on high for 45 minutes, stir every 15 minutes until ingredients are melted.
Cut up your crunchie bars into small pieces except for half of one crunchie bar, which I used to decorate the top of the fudge.
Mix crunchie through the chocolate mix, line a tray with baking paper, put the mixture into your tray and smooth out, then take your half of a crunchie bar that’s left and sprinkle over the top of the fudge to decorate.
Set in the fridge for 4 hrs or over night.
