Easy Chow Mein

Easy Chow Mein. I cooked this yummy dish yesterday! I chopped up fresh veggies super small instead of using frozen ones, and it tasted great. It was my first try with noodles instead of rice, and my husband liked the noodles way better. I started late, so I cooked it fast on high for 2 hours.
