1 kg chicken thighs (cut into big chunks)

3 mild chorizo sausages

1 red bell pepper, sliced thin

1 green bell pepper, sliced thin

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin

2 celery sticks, chopped up

2 big onions, chopped small

4 large mushrooms, sliced

About 600 g crushed tomatoes (like one 420 g can plus some extra from the fridge)

500 ml chicken broth

Gumbo Making Directions

Cook the onions, chicken, and chorizo in a pan until they turn brown (you can skip the chorizo if you want).
