1.5 kg blade steak, cut into small pieces

1/2 cup flour

Salt and pepper, as you like

3 tablespoons oil

2 medium onions, cut into rings

1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

3/4 cup plum sauce or plum jam

3/4 cup tomato sauce

1-2 teaspoons corn flour to make it thicker

Roll the beef pieces in flour until coated.

Warm oil in a pan on medium heat. Brown the meat for 5-7 minutes.

Take out the beef. Add onions to the pan and cook until soft.

Put everything in the slow cooker. Put everything in the slow cooker. Cook it on low heat for 6 hrs and 30 minutes.

Mix in corn flour if you want it thicker.
