1 can of pineapple chunks (use the juice too!)

3 big bell peppers (red, green, or mix them)

5 spoons of brown sugar

10 fresh white mushrooms

2 chunks of beef steak

How to Make Salty-Sweet & Sour Beef

Turn your slow cooker to high heat.

Dump in the whole can of pineapple with its juice.

Chop the bell peppers and mushrooms into bite-size pieces.

Toss the chopped peppers and mushrooms into the cooker.

Slice the beef steak into small cubes.

Put beef cubes in a bowl. Sprinkle on flour, salt, and pepper. Mix to coat them well.

Add the coated beef to the cooker.

Stir everything together, including the brown sugar.
Cook fast on high for 3-4 hours, or slow on low for 7 hours. The sauce gets thick and yummy as it bubbles!
Serve over rice noodles, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
Note: Skip any towel under the lid. Water drops from the lid make the sauce extra thick and tasty.
