Shiny Bacon-Wrapped Meat Roll: Directions
-
Lay plastic wrap on your table. Make it big so bacon has 2 inches extra on sides. This helps roll it up easy.
-
Make a bacon weave like a basket. Put meats on top, one after another.
-
Mix stuffing. Squeeze it—if it sticks like a ball, good! Add water 1 Tbsp at a time if too dry.
-
Put stuffing on the front part of meat. Roll it tight so stuffing ends up in middle. Take off plastic.
-
Put roll in a pan or slow cooker.
-
Stir glaze and pour over roll.
-
Cook on low for 6 hours. Then grill top to make it brown and yummy.
-
Drizzle extra glaze on top to serve. Eat with your best sides!
