Ingredients:

1 cup beef stock
2 cups red wine
1 onion
1 diced carrot
1 stick of celery
Bay leaves

Directions:

Salt & pepper the beef and brown in pan
Cook onion, carrot and celery
Cook wine down then put in slow cooker with beef and stock on high for as long as you want .


When ready to serve use stick mixer and blitz the carrots, celery and onions to make a super yum gravy
They just fall apart so yum!
