Ingredients

  • 400g beef for stir-frying

  • 3 tablespoons clear honey

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 small or medium onion, chopped

  • Flour for coating the meat

  1. Turn your slow cooker to high heat.
