Lamb Rack Rosemary Soy Garlic: Instructions
-
Combine the bottom of the slow cooker with the soy sauce, rosemary, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
-
Add lamb and sauté in the marinade.
-
Bake with LOW cook on 5-6 hours with 1 or 2 turns or spooning of the marinade.
-
Monitor the liquid used in checking the level of liquid to determine whether you need to add a dash of water to avoid burning of the marinade.
-
Take out of slow cooker, place in 180C oven until crisp (20min).
-
In the meantime strain, and skim off the fat, and serve as a jus to the lamb.
Note
Note: I prepared this in a low cooker with a narrow fitting lid that cooks slowly. With a fast cooking slow cooker or high evaporation, you should watch out for the marinade because it may burn out, so you might need an addition of a drop of water.
