Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken stock

  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 2 tablespoons flour mixed with 4 tablespoons water

  • 500 grams diced chicken thighs

  • 2 chopped carrots

  • 1 chopped zucchini

  • 1 bunch cut-up broccoli

  • 1 large diced red onion

  • 200 grams quartered mushrooms
