300g leftover silverside, chopped very small in a food mixer

300g can corn kernels, with water poured off

½ big red bell pepper, chopped into tiny pieces

1 tsp dried parsley

½ tsp ground black pepper

6 eggs, beaten well

¼ cup self-rising flour

½ cup shredded tasty cheese
Corn Beef Fritter Squares: Directions

Mix everything together except the cheese. Put baking paper in your slow cooker and pour the mix inside.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Cook on high for 60-70 minutes in a 7L slow cooker. Use the tea towel trick to catch extra water.

A small slow cooker works too, but it will be thicker so give it more time until firm.
