Fijian Beef Curry. The cornflour in the yogurt helps keep it from breaking apart. I give it a stir every hour or so to stop that. It’s not too hot, but tastes just like the real deal from Fiji! 🙂
This tasty Fijian beef curry is super easy and packed with yummy flavors from spices, tender beef, potatoes, and beans. Marinate overnight for the best taste, then slow-cook all day. It’s mild, creamy from yogurt, and perfect over rice. Family favourite in just 10 minutes prep! (50 words)
