Beef Rissoles in Gravy. Yummy beef balls swim in tasty brown gravy! Made with simple stuff like ground beef, onion, and egg. Slow-cook them all day for soft, juicy bites. Family loves this easy dinner. Thanks to my mum-in-law, Sue, for the idea—it’s fun to make and share with friends!

  4. Mix gravy things in a jug and whisk smooth.

  5. Pour the gravy over the beef balls.

  6. Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
