1 kg chopped beef for gravy

3 garlic cloves

3-4 sliced mushrooms

1 chopped onion

500g jar of pasta sauce

1 tablespoon Bonox (beef stock)

1 Beef OXO cube

Gravox to make it thick

Puff pastry sheets
Beef and Mushroom Pie: Directions

Cook the onion and meat in a pan until brown.

Put in all other stuff except Gravox.

Let it cook on low heat for 8 hours.

Stir in Gravox to make the mix thick.

Bake puff pastry alone at 180°C until golden.

Fill it with the meat mix.

Put on a pastry top and bake until golden.
