Cheese and Bacon Mini Buns

Just made the cheese and bacon mini buns!
Recipe say to use plain flour, I did and it was a flop! So tried them again with self raising flour and they worked a treat. Soooo yummy!

Recipe;
2 cups SR flour
1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt
grated cheese and diced bacon

Mix yogurt & flour to form a dough, make them into small balls and place in a lined slow cooker.
Sprinkle with bacon and grated cheese.
1.5 hours on high with tea towel under the lid.
