Chicken Parmigiana: Directions

Coat each chicken breast: first roll in flour, then dip in egg wash, and cover with bread crumbs.

Spray the bottom of the slow cooker so the food doesn’t stick.

Put the chicken inside and cook on high for 1 hour.

Flip the chicken over.

Spoon sauce on top, add grated cheese, and cook 1 more hour on high. Tuck a tea towel under the lid to catch steam.
